Characteristics of proliferation and differentiation of spleen colony- forming cells from bone marrow

By using c-band staining or sex chromosome identification techniques, we have demonstrated that some of the spleen colony-forming cells from normal bone marrow have the potential to form both myeloid and lymphoid elements.
